From Reidhead Randomness:
This is much, MUCH more than a COOK BOOK! It is filled with yoga poses and instructions to help you do them correctly. There are pictures of each recipe, as well as pictures of the poses. One fun little bonus thing is that if you love the outfit the yoga model is wearing, there is also information of where they got it, so you can get it too! The recipes are all healthy, and it even includes a section of "treats" for your sweet tooth. This is a great overall book for anyone who is wanting to get healthy. While my kids didn't love all of the recipes, there are a couple that we will definitely keep!
I received the book in order to write a review, however all opinions expressed are my own.
