Kashi = YUMMY! giveaway

 

I had the opportunity, thanks to greenmomsmeet.com, to try the new Kashi brownies!  SOOOO yummy!  Everything I have tried from Kashi has been yummy, so I wasn't surprised.  These brownies are a great alternative for the super processed ones that other companies make.  They taste so good and they are made with healthy ingredients like seven whole grains, sweet potatoes and black beans  (yeah, WHO knew!?)  They are made with natural sweetness from agave.  They have  fiber and ALA omega-3's too!  All these great things, and they honestly taste good too!  My kids liked them too.  What a  great way to get them to eat their beans!   Kashi is a great company with great food!  You can learn about them HERE or on their facebook page.
