Jordan Word Circus Review

We had the fun opportunity to recently go to the Jordan World Circus!


The traditional "3 Rings" were present.

As you arrive, they have elephant rides, camel rides, pony rides, and a bouncy house.

 


As well as some traditional circus foods!


The first act was the lion tamer.  HE WAS AMAZING!  There were 2 beautiful WHITE tigers!  The animals were fabulous!


There were many acts that range from a balancer, hoola-hooper, contortionists, a guy that ran around in a huge pendulum like contraption (It was amazing!), the motorcycle ball of crazy cage, the LION TAMER, a pot juggler, a WHOLE team of jugglers....and they juggled eachother too!, the little dog act, the rope/silk act, and MANY, MANY more. 



We had a really great time....until the 55 minute intermission.....YEP.  You read that right!  55 MINUTES!  They kept saying a "SHORT" intermission...but they brought out all the elephant, camel and pony rides again....and then they wouldn't cut off ticket sales for the animal rides.  THE INTERMISSION LASTED 55 MINUTES!!!  Now keep in mind that the show started at 7:30 PM....on a school night.  They did a 1 hour show....took another hour intermission, and then they finished the other half of the show.  We didn't get out of there until after 10:30.  It was quite frustrating.  I felt really bad for the performers, because they still had a show to perform, but people just got tired of waiting in that "short" intermission. 


I do have to say that the show is great!  It was worth the wait, but if I had known, I would have been smart like my kids, and brought a book to read.....
